madam I prepared kaja but i didn't get crispy inside and sugar syrup is also not inside why? Please give me any tip

ReplyDeleteGlad to hear that you tried this recipe! May be the dough consistency was not correct or the layers were thick. And about the sugar syrup..try to keep it warm while dipping the Kaja in it..If the sugar syrup looks thick, add few drops of water and bring it to one string consistency.
